My Shadow Is My Only Follower is a series of musical meditations on the complexities of the world we are currently living in—a world that can be terrifyingly overwhelming and deeply isolating, but also extraordinarily beautiful. The ten album tracks, written over the last decade, were predominantly written on tour, composed on pianos in green rooms and theatres across Australia and around the world.
